The brand has collaborated with global and local organizations for customized sustainable products. Via their products, they have always been a sincere supporter of the sustainability causes.
The brand has organically grown its own audience thanks to their social media presence. However, they fell short of increasing their revenue. The limited targeting options on post boosting on mobile apps and not using first-party data for reaching new audiences and optimizing the online store experience were the primary causes of the case. The seemingly “always-on” discount on the store has lost its impact on converting visitors.
