The brand is focused on growing organically, and because of that reason, its total revenue was under a threshold. Since their products are considered a luxury and their price are relatively high compared to the other brands, orders coming in a single form reduced the profit rate of the brand.

First, we integrated on-site marketing tools to resolve the bottlenecks concerning the conversion rate.
To go beyond organic sales rates, we reached the right audiences with different user segments that can buy the products. We expanded the order volume by targeting users, such as hotel owners, who can make bulk purchases other than the retail use of the brand.
