The core of Kloto is the creation of timeless, meaningful designs, with an emphasis on ethical and local production. Each piece is created exclusively in Istanbul and embodies the quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship derived from a family legacy of 40 years of jewellery manufacturing. A deliberate effort is made to enhance the ability, abilities, and craftsmanship of the community within the family-owned workshop.
Challenge
Kloto aimed to make a name for itself in the American market as a brand selling luxury jewelry. The biggest challenge was establishing awareness and credibility to sell high-value products in the vast American market. To achieve this, the brand needed to take actions that supported the branding process, accurately reflect these actions with digital marketing strategies, and devise plans with the goal of increasing awareness
Our Approach / Solutions
We began by conducting a detailed competitor analysis. As a result of our research, we conducted A/B tests, targeting specific audiences and states. Throughout these efforts, we took into account the locations of the brand’s offline sales channels in the United States and conducted our initial trials in these locations. The most challenging aspect was that our audience, acquired through advertisements, was leaving the site before completing the shopping process. To address this issue, we discussed and planned the necessary actions with the brand.
When the brand initiated efforts such as transitioning the payment infrastructure to a well-known system in the United States and collaborating with famous personalities, we started to tailor our advertising concepts to highlight these values. The awareness we aimed to create in the marketing process not only contributed to online sales but also positively impacted sales in offline channels.
