Knitology is a clothing brand that designs its collections by blending them with digital art. The brand offers a highly unordinary experience to its customer with the synthesis of the digital world and nature.

Challenge

Knitology is an unconventional brand with its unique digital approach with an aim to create communities to spread its story.

However, since the digital environments become more competitive, it is essential for the brand to reach highly relevant (niche) audiences for expansion.

Our Approach / Solutions

As a newcomer, the brand was known limitedly. We first introduced the brand to holistic marketing so as to expand the brand’s audience base. The main purpose was to expand the communication they applied without leaving the brand line. We used A/B testing to ensure the brand’s audience was right and to experience how the nascent audience would respond. As a result, the brand has reached its loyalty-oriented audience over time.

We applied different on-site strategies and data tracking set up to increase the brand awareness and the conversion rate.
