Established in 2015 by a pair of sisters, PALMHOUSE skillfully combines contemporary design elements with organic materials, taking inspiration from the hearty, cozy, and spacious Mediterranean lifestyle. The primary product categories for the brand include pillows, paintings, and frames. With every seasonal collection, PALMHOUSE also adds a variety of decorative accessories to further emphasise the unique vibe that the brand embodies. This strategy makes sure that the brand keeps changing and that its products reflect the spirit of Mediterranean living.
Challenge
The luxury decoration brand faced a revenue challenge as it predominantly relied on organic growth. Despite offering high-end products with corresponding price points, the brand struggled to surpass a revenue threshold. The issue intensified as orders, typically in singular form, contributed to a reduction in the overall profit margin.
Our Approach / Solutions
To address the revenue bottleneck, our initial step involved the integration of on-site marketing tools. This strategic implementation aimed to enhance the conversion rate by smoothing the customer journey and optimizing the online shopping experience.
To surpass organic sales rates, we employed a targeted approach to reach diverse user segments interested in purchasing luxury decor items. By identifying and engaging with specific audiences, such as hotel owners, who have the potential for bulk purchases, we sought to expand order volume beyond individual retail transactions.
In addition to audience targeting, we harnessed the power of creative content and meta ads to make a lasting impression on potential customers. This approach aimed not only to retain existing clients but also to reach new audiences, establishing the brand’s presence in a wider market and driving growth beyond the limitations of organic expansion.
