Founded in 2012, LILYROSE is a swimwear brand that captures attention with its intricate embroidery. The brand LILY&ROSE quickly gained recognition thanks to the ethereal, contemporary, and unique textures that mirrored the city of Istanbul, the brand’s birthplace and inspiration.

Challenge

Lilyrose is a swimsuit brand, so it only sells during the summer season, and its annual turnover comes exclusively from this season. Additionally, there was a growth graph that stagnated at a certain point due to their reliance on purely organic traffic. What needs to be done here is; considering that these are seasonal products, we aimed to determine a detailed strategy and continue to communicate consistently both during and outside the season.

Our Approach / Solutions

When we began the initial marketing concepts for the brand, being in the winter season posed a real challenge. In response, we swiftly formulated and implemented a strategy. We planned annual budget allocations and target audience segments, considering the seasonality issue. Our initial goal was to increase the low revenue during the winter by reaching out to individuals who travel and have an interest in luxury. The communications we conducted outside the season not only increased winter income but also created a funnel for the advertising concepts we would run in the summer.

With the insights gained and the increase in brand awareness, we made a fruitful entry into the season compared to previous years.

Additionally, when the season began, remarketing concepts and email communications were included in the marketing process. By expanding the previously stagnant process, which relied solely on organic traffic, and attracting more relevant customers to the site, we increased sales volumes and revenue both during the season and in off-season periods.

Through the Shopify OS 2.0 Themes customization possibilities brand identity adapted easily on themes. 

Throughout the design process of the theme, conversion rates and cart access steps were considered as the first priority.

With the new customized theme, brand’s identity renewed and look&feel designed for luxury swimwear segment brand level.

On-site marketing enhance the overall customer experience by personalizing product recommendations, promotions, and messages based on individual user behavior.
