Quzu, a company founded in 2010, has made a strong impression in the e-commerce and retail space as Quzu Online since 2020, as well as in wholesale sales under the brand Quzu. The business offers a unique internet shopping experience that is popular worldwide, with an emphasis on Turkey. It is committed to finding the ideal balance between quality and price in fashion and style. The firm is dedicated to quickly satisfying the changing needs of the fashion industry and hopes to do so by leaving its imprint on the ever-evolving fashion scene with dependable and creative solutions.

Challenge

The clothing lines with high-quality fabrics and affordable prices has helped the brand gain popularity among the wide range of the Turkish female demographics. However, the neglected performance marketing campaigns with low return on ad spend had caused the brand to reach lower-than-expected monthly revenue levels. Additionally, the fact that there were so many competitors in the industry was a challenging factor in optimizing the brand’s cost – revenue balance.

Our Approach / Solutions

With rigorous data tracking, we created a dynamic report to be informed about categories, creatives, and target audiences, guiding our actions. We highlighted the brand’s values that set it apart from competitors in the industry, such as promising superior quality compared to rivals and emphasizing customer satisfaction in the post-sales process. Throughout this process, we prepared various concepts across different channels, ensuring that insights from these channels complemented each other. As we increased site traffic, our goal was to optimize the conversion rates of this traffic into completed purchases.

Upon successfully reaching our goals, we developed remarketing strategies using third-party tools. Prioritizing user experience analyses, we made site improvements and achieved notable growth in organic searches with SEO-friendly blog content.

Continuing our collaboration with the Quzu team, we consistently brainstorm and generate new ideas, striving to elevate our success to the next level.
