MANC, a designer accessories brand, was founded in 2018 by Naz Koral and Cicek Varuy. The company, which is internationally inspired and is based in New York with production taking place in Istanbul, derives its name from the family names of its founders and means “Made with love.” MANC reimagines classic shapes to provide items that honor milestones and recollections. Emotionally charged designs strive to combine carefree elegance, flawless craftsmanship, and cutting edge style. MANC is the ideal choice for today’s taste-makers since it is based on timeless excellence but also delivers something novel and exciting.

Challenge

Manc faced a multifaceted challenge that included a stagnant sales growth attributed to their overreliance on organic traffic. The absence of a comprehensive marketing strategy and limited brand positioning further exacerbated the situation. 

Despite having a single iconic model, the brand failed to leverage it effectively for sustained growth. The challenge was clear: reinvigorate the brand, boost sales, and establish a strong and distinctive market position.

Our Approach / Solutions

In parallel, we implemented a dynamic reporting system that provided real-time insights into performance metrics. This not only facilitated quick decision-making but also allowed us to optimize the conversion rate systematically. The combination of these initiatives contributed to a more efficient and effective marketing strategy, resulting in improved overall performance and sustained growth for the e-commerce store.

 

In laying the groundwork for performance marketing and conversion rate optimization, we prioritized the establishment and improvement of data tracking for the e-commerce store.

Through consistent A/B testing and thorough competitor analysis, we successfully identified the most effective creatives and directed traffic toward the highest-performing landing pages. This meticulous approach not only increased engagement but also maximized return on investment.

To further enhance our efforts, we designed a comprehensive on-site marketing communication structure. This strategic framework allowed us to deliver targeted messages to our audience at key touchpoints, improving overall user experience and guiding them seamlessly through the conversion funnel.
