Monalure.com is an online store that offers a wide range of well-known brands, such as Jack & Jones, Dockers, Lufian, Pierre Cardin, Lumberjack, U.S. Polo Association, Only, Lotto, Ekol, Seçil, İnci, Nine West, Faik Sönmez, and Tolga Saraçoğlu. The marketplace offers thousands of products, making it a wide range. Apart from its extensive selection of products, Monalure.com guarantees 100% authenticity of its products and is dedicated to providing complete client pleasure. This pledge demonstrates the platform’s commitment to providing its customers with a dependable and trustworthy online buying experience.
Challenge
As a newly established brand, Monalure faced a significant challenge with its extensive range of product categories. The website, which sells products from various renowned brands across different categories, consistently encountered technical glitches. This not only resulted in wasted advertising budgets but also led to a trust issue among customers, hindering the establishment of brand loyalty.
Our Approach / Solutions
In addition to refining advertising communications, we developed concepts for email communications through collaborative brainstorming with the brand owners. New customers attracted through advertisements were seamlessly directed to newsletter subscriptions using on-site marketing strategies. Continually email communications were then established to foster loyalty among this audience. This dual approach allowed us to both acquire new customers and maintain the loyalty of existing ones, all within the constraints of the same advertising budget.

Marketplace Desgin
Shopify not only serves for boutique brands. Monalure has a multi brand marketplace strategy. Digital Pals designed all the panel & frontside design according to their structure.
Integrations
As a strategic decision, Monalure decided to integrate all its online presence to Shopify. Digital Pals conducted a special custom project for this case.
Shopify admin panel integrated with Nebim ERP system. Through this integration, brand can manage all billing, product, delivery management from one panel.

Through the Shopify OS 2.0 Themes customization possibilities brand identity adapted easily on themes.
Throughout the design process of the theme, conversion rates and cart access steps were considered as the first priority.
