Founded in 2020 in Istanbul and influenced by its creative director Ilkyaz Özel’s lifestyle, New Arrivals seeks to provide ladies a timeless nighttime look that is casual, fun, and seductive. Being a woman should be celebrated every day, according to New Arrivals, a fashion brand that seeks to infuse luxury ideas into the everyday lives of modern women through a hedonistic perspective.
 

Challenge

The owners of the brand have tactically established a group of exclusive resellers targeting a global audience, complemented by the execution of PR campaigns. These approaches resulted in an expanding brand recognition, fostering natural development.

However, the organic growth encountered constraints as a result of restricted stock levels in the exclusive edition collections, the resellers’ collection schedules, and the absence of new markets emerging for these collections.

Our Approach / Solutions

We established data tracking to enhance the effectiveness of our performance marketing initiatives. Ranging from straightforward goals like “Add To Cart” to the more challenging objective of achieving a “Purchase,” our execution of performance marketing campaigns involved training the tracking pixels to identify high-quality audiences within a month.

To gain insights into new markets and identify obstacles hindering transaction completion, we developed dynamic report dashboards. These dashboards aid in pinpointing visitor segments that could be converted with the assistance of on-site marketing communication, addressing potential bottlenecks.

Through the Shopify OS 2.0 Themes customization possibilities brand identity adapted easily on themes. 

Throughout the design process of the theme, conversion rates and cart access steps were considered as the first priority.
